Excel Employment Services is the premiere, nation-wide Employment Network for Job Seekers and Employers. Our belief is that if a person has a desire to work, we can help them achieve their employment goals. We provide the following services, as needed, virtually and/or in-person:
*We provide English, Spanish, and American Sign Language services.
*Career Planning -assisting individuals in determining what their career personality, values, and interests are regarding finding employment through assessments; then taking those assessment results to help identify what job environments and fields match the individual, in finding suitable employment for them. We assist with job applications as needed.
*Job Coaching and Training -coach (in person, by phone or virtually) the individual in interacting with employers in regard to any concerns they may have including adjusting their work schedule, negotiating pay, self-advocacy skills and disclosing their disability to the employer; we also advocate directly to the employer on behalf of the individual for these topics if needed
* Resume Writing/Interview training- editing already created resumes, or creating chronological or functional resumes; we assist in explaining previous job terminations and gaps in employment through interview training and help pinpoint reasons why people were not called back for second interviews or to be hired
*Job Accommodations- coach individuals on how to request accommodations and our company will directly communicate with employers (if not in person by phone or email) in regard to the approval of accommodations. We will also speak with corporate human resources departments in the processing of those accommodations
*Ongoing Employment Support/Job Retention- continuously provide support while the individual is on the job, or if the individual is having interactions with co-workers or managers that require mediation from Excel staff.
We serve teens, seasoned professionals, veterans, and those re-entering the workforce.
